LLC packages are shipped from Independence, MO 64050 to allow us to
provide you with the cheapest shipping options available. Crab
Cake packages are shipped via UPS or FexEx.
- UPS/FedEx does not deliver
to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
- Packages are shipped
without signature required unless the client specifically requests
it.
- UPS/FedEx will not leave
packages unattended outside an apartment building.
- UPS/FedEx will not leave
a package in an area they deem "unsafe."
- If the Ship-To address is
a business, please note the company name to ensure UPS/FedEx delivers
the package during regular office hours. FedEx will NOT ship to
businesses on Saturday.

- Orders received after 2pm
on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following
Monday unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested.
- Crab Cakes of Maryland,
LLC does not recommend shipping perishable items over a weekend. Consequently,
no deliveries of perishable items are made on Monday's.
- Packages cannot be delivered
on holidays as marked by national carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
**We can ship ground
on Wednesday for a 3 day delivery on Saturday using the FedEx Home Delivery
option, however it MUST be to a residential address and client
must specifically request this shipping method. During Summer Months
and Holidays we also recommend that you verify that recipient will be
home to receive on Saturdays to avoid re-shipping.

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped to arrive within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is $15 flat fee anywhere within the continental USA. All standard delivery ships out of our facility on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Rush (Overnight) Delivery: Orders received before 1 PM ET will be processed for shipment the same day. Perishable foods ship Monday through Thursday only.
Saturday Delivery: Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before Friday at 10 AM ET. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations.
Delivery Outside the 48 States: No delivery to US Territories or foreign countries, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Hawaii and Alaska ship via Federal Express
Delivery Exceptions We do not accept responsibility for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment in a timely manner; incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses; acts of God; disruption in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural disasters. Service guarantees are suspended by the carriers during peak holidays.
