Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped to arrive within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is $15 flat fee anywhere within the continental USA. All standard delivery ships out of our facility on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Rush (Overnight) Delivery: Orders received before 1 PM ET will be processed for shipment the same day. Perishable foods ship Monday through Thursday only. Saturday Delivery: Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before Friday at 10 AM ET. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations. Delivery Outside the 48 States: No delivery to US Territories or foreign countries, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Hawaii and Alaska ship via Federal Express
Delivery Exceptions: We do not accept responsibility for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment in a timely manner; incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses; acts of God; disruption in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural disasters. Service guarantees are suspended by the carriers during peak holidays. Dry Ice Shipments: All perishable items are packed snugly in a reusable styrofoam container and layered with dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) to ensure freshness upon arrival. Please unpack all items as soon as possible after delivery and refrigerate or freeze promptly. Dry ice must be handled carefully. Do not touch to skin, mouth or eyes. Do not put in drinks. Do not eat. Do not store in areas other than those that are open and well ventilated. Keep out of reach of children. For disposal, leave the wrapped dry ice inside the insulated cooler with the lid closed and place the cooler in a well ventilated area. Dry ice will evaporate fully within 24-36 hours. NOTE: Dry ice may evaporate prior to arrival at your door. This is perfectly normal. If the product is "refrigerator cold", simply store in the freezer. If the product is warm to the touch, please call Customer Service for further instructions. Customer Satisfaction: If you experience a problem with any product, shipping, or service, please notify us promptly. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund in the event of damage during shipping or error on our part. Please do not dispose of any item, even perishables, until you have consulted with Customer Service. All claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
